AGM Statement
First Derivatives (AIM: FDP.L, ESM:FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services to industry global investment banks and hedge funds, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today at 12:30pm at First Derivatives' offices (3 Canal Quay, Newry, Co. Down, Northern Ireland, BT35 6BP).
At the AGM, David Anderson, Chairman, will report the Company has made a strong start to the current year and that First Derivatives continues to trade in line with current market expectations.
