APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

FDM Group (Holdings) plc ("FDM", or "the Company"), a global professional services provider with a focus on IT, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rowena Murray as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 August 2023. On appointment, Rowena will become a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Rowena has been the appointed non-executive director for various companies within the portfolio of Tenzing Private Equity ("Tenzing"), an investor in high-growth UK and European SMEs. In this capacity, Rowena is currently a non-executive director of Altum Group (an international provider of fund, corporate and trustee services) and Eikon Group (a global leader in digital content post-production services to clients such as major Hollywood studios and entertainment distribution companies).

Rowena began her career in Sydney as a corporate lawyer at a leading Australian law firm. She moved to the UK in 2004 and joined Investec Bank plc ("Investec"). As a director in Investec's Investment Banking division, Rowena provided strategic advice to public and private companies and led corporate transactions across a variety of sectors, including business services and technology, before moving to Tenzing in 2017.
