Employee incentive scheme share issue
LONDON: 14 January, 2010
Firestone Diamonds plc, ("the Company"), the AIM-quoted diamond mining and exploration company (ticker: AIM:FDI) announces that pursuant to one of the Company's employee performance incentive schemes it has allotted 285,963 new ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company and has made application to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares will commence on or around 19 January 2010. These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company.
