Firestone Diamonds plc, ("Firestone" or the "Company"), the AIM-quoted diamond mining and exploration company (ticker: AIM: FDI), announces Mr Angus Ogilvie has resigned from the Board as Finance Director to pursue other interests.
The Company expects to announce the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer in due course and an announcement will be made as required. In the interim period, Braam Jonker, a non-executive director, will oversee the finance function of the Company.
