Directors' dealings

The Company was notified today that Rockspring, a company wholly owned by David Gammon, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 230.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Gammon is interested in 291,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

In addition the Company was notified today that David Braben, the CEO of the Company, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at 230.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Braben is interested in 17,910,953 Ordinary Shares, representing 53.6 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
