Director / PDMR Shareholding
Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK), the medical imaging software company, announced on 1 June 2016, upon the appointment of Dr Alastair Riddell as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that Tom Charlton, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, had made a conditional gift of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Dr Riddell. This gift was conditional on both Dr Riddell's election as a director at the 2016 AGM and the transfer being effected during an open period.
Given that these conditions have now both been fulfilled, Mr Charlton today informed the Company that he has transferred 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares to Dr Riddell for nil consideration.
Accordingly, Tom Charlton is now interested in 59,637,408 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 27.26% of the issued share capital of the Company. Dr Alastair Riddell is now interested in 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 2.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
