The Board of Feedback has been notified that Mr. Michael Burt, Chairman of the Company, yesterday bought a further 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2 pence per share.

As a result of the acquisition Mr. Burt's holding in the Company has increased to 16,145,930 ordinary shares representing 14.79 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
