Feedback PLC17 October 2006 Feedback plc ("the Company") Change in Director's Interest in Shares The Board was informed today that David Harding, non-executive Chairman of theCompany, is with immediate effect no longer a trustee of the Westcott FamilyTrusts in which he previously had a non-beneficial interest in 2,191,909ordinary shares, representing 17.76 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinaryshare capital, and 119,314 10 per cent. (net) Convertible Redeemable CumulativePreference Shares of £1 each in the Company ("Convertible Shares"), representing15.33 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary preference share capital.
