Fulcrum Secures Framework Contract Extension with British Gas ("British Gas") to 2018

Fulcrum, the UK's market leading independent energy and multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, has secured a 26 month extension to its contract with British Gas to 2018. British Gas is a long standing and valuable client of Fulcrum Utility Services.

The framework contract, to provide new utility connection and metering services to customers in England, Scotland and Wales, will now run until January 2018.

Announcing the British Gas extension today, Martin Donnachie, Chief Executive Officer of Fulcrum, said:

Our project engineers, designers and site operatives work incredibly closely with British Gas, ensuring leading levels of project delivery and customer service and we look forward to continuing the relationship to further enhance the services we provide to its customers across England, Scotland and Wales."

In addition, Fulcrum has also recently announced a number of prestigious contract wins including a £3.95m project to deliver new gas connections to four major Scottish distilleries which is now underway.

The Company continues to enhance its solid order book and extend its strong customer base of more than 1,200 UK clients, which reflects its customer centric approach and excellent service levels.

The framework contract agreement which has been extended to 31 January 2018 is between Fulcrum Pipelines Limited and British Gas New Heating.
