Director Dealing
The Company has been informed of the following transactions undertaken by Stephen Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director of Fulcrum, and persons closely associated ("PCA") with him.
On 29 March 2017, Mr Gutteridge's wife and his mother each purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in Fulcrum at a price of 60.5p per share.
On 30 March 2017, Mr Gutteridge's wife and his mother each purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in Fulcrum at a price of 59.9p per share.
On 30 March 2017, an employee benefit trust, of which Mr Gutteridge is a beneficiary, sold 70,000 ordinary shares in Fulcrum at a price of 59.5p per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Gutteridge and persons closely associated with him hold, in aggregate, 249,166 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.15 per cent of its issued share capital.
