The Company announces that it was notified on 20 October 2020 that Akshaya Bhargava, a person closely associated with the Chair of the Audit Committee and Non-Executive Director Geeta Gopalan, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
