Exercise of Options
The Company has been notified that Oliver White, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has exercised the following share options over ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company:

The exercise of the above options was satisfied by the transfer of 240,602 ordinary shares from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
Following the exercise of options, Oliver White sold 113,410 ordinary shares at a price of 150.9177 pence per share to settle the tax liabilities arising on exercise.
