PDMR interests in shares

The following notifications are made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) published by the Financial Services Authority.
The following individuals are Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"). Each has been granted options, at no cost, over Ordinary Shares of 1p each in French Connection Group plc under the French Connection Group plc Share Option Schemes at an exercise price of 56.2 pence per share as follows:
