French Connection Group PLC announces Board changes
French Connection Group PLC ("French Connection" or 'the Group") announces that Robin Piggott has notified the Board of his intention to not stand for re-election as an Independent Non-Executive Director at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 26th August, in order to focus on his other interests. Accordingly he will step down from the Board at that time.
Robin has been Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee since joining the Board in 2017 and his contribution has been greatly valued throughout.
A search for his replacement is underway and further updates will be made as appropriate.
