Proposed Migration of Listing
The Company announces that, further to its announcement on 3 March of 2008 and following consultation with its advisers, the Board of Directors has concluded that it will be in the best interests of the Company to seek Admission for all its shares to the Official List and for all the shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Upon such admission, the Company's shares would cease to be listed on the Irish Official List and cease to be traded on the Irish Main Market and the International Bulletin Board of the London Stock Exchange. Such a move would be conditional upon all relevant regulatory consents being obtained. It is intended that steps will be taken within the next three months to give effect to the Company's proposed migration of listing. The Directors believe that a full listing on the Official List will enhance the profile of the Company and provide further liquidity and visibility in the trading of the Company's shares.
