Result of Annual General Meeting
All of the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 April 2009 were duly passed.
The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of the Meeting which was incorporated into the Annual Report 2008. The Notice of the Meeting is also available as a separate document on the Company's website www.fbdgroup.com. Details of the numbers of shares in respect of which valid proxy appointments had been made in advance of the meeting are set out below.
