Results of Annual Meeting
Fadel Partners, Inc. (AIM: FADL), a brand compliance, rights management and royalty billing software provider, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual Meeting of the Company held on 21 July 2023 were duly passed, with each resolution receiving 100% of the votes cast in favour of that resolution.
