EBT Share Purchase

Fadel Partners, Inc., announces that it has been notified that the trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") have, on 30 January 2025, purchased 5,555 common shares in the Company at a price of £0.70 per share.

The shares will be retained in the EBT for potential future use at the discretion of the trustees. The transaction does not involve any Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) or connected persons.

Following this transaction, the EBT holds a total of 5,555 common shares, representing less than 0.1% of the Company's total voting rights.
