FireAngel Safety Technology Group plc

Director Share Purchase

FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, was notified on 30 September 2022 that, on the same day, John Conoley, its Executive Chairman, purchased 130,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), at a price of 7.9 pence per share.

As a result, following this transaction, Mr Conoley and his wife now have a total beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 1,539,053 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
