The Company announces that it received notification on 16 March 2020 that Andreas Bierwirth, Non-Executive Director, sold 5,251 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of €9.494 per share on 13 March 2020 and subsequently purchased 5,251 Shares at a price of €7.21 per share on 16 March 2020.
