easyJet is pleased to announce that Catherine Bradley CBE will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Finance Committee on 1 January 2020.

John Barton, Chairman of easyJet, commented:

"I am very pleased to welcome Catherine to the Board. Her depth of financial expertise will further strengthen the diverse mix of skills and experience on the Board. We very much look forward to her joining us."

Catherine currently serves on the Boards of Peugeot S.A., Johnson Electric, and the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. She has held a number of senior finance roles in investment banking and M&A. She was Head of Equity Advisory, Asia Pacific at Société Générale from 2013 to 2014, and held a variety of roles at Credit Suisse from 2003 to 2012 in London and Hong Kong, where for the last four years she was Managing Director of the Equity Linked Solutions Group, Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Catherine held senior roles with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, BNP Paribas, UBS and Merrill Lynch.

Catherine graduated from HEC Paris with a major in Finance and International Economics, and was awarded an CBE in 2019.

·; For the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13, Catherine is currently an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Peugeot S.A., which is listed on the Euronext Paris Stock Exchange, and an independent non-executive director of Johnson Electric, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She also serves as a non-executive director of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. Catherine served as a non-executive director of WS Atkins plc from 2015 until its takeover and delisting in 2017.
