Transaction in Own Shares

22 June 2018 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following: -

Further to the announcement by the Company on 17 May 2018 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Merrill Lynch International as follows:

Date and time of purchase: 22 June 2018 - 16:29

Number of Shares purchased (aggregate volume): 129,280

Lowest price per share: 1835.0000 pence

Highest price per share: 1850.0000 pence

Weighted average price: 1845.2164 pence

The Shares purchased will be cancelled.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.experianplc.com) on a weekly basis.
