Director Declaration

10 November 2023 - Experian plc, the global information services company, announces in accordance with the FCA's Listing Rule 9.6.11, that Louise Pentland has been appointed to succeed Alison Brittain as Chair of the Experian plc Remuneration Committee from 1 January 2024. Louise is an existing independent Non-Executive Director, and Alison will continue in her role as Senior Independent Director.
