Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 and Proxy Form

14 June 2019 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, that the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority National Storage Mechanism and they will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available on the Company's website at www.experianplc.com.

The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Merrion Hotel, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, D02 KF79, Ireland on Wednesday 24 July 2019 at 9.30am. A summary of the resolutions and the reasons they are being proposed is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The additional information required under Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, including a description of the risks and uncertainties for the Company and a statement of directors' responsibilities, and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019, was included in the Company's preliminary results announcement on 15 May 2019.
