Post-close Trading Update

Exova Group plc ("Exova"), a leading international provider of technically demanding testing, certification and advisory services, today issues the following update on trading.

The Board is pleased to report that trading for November and December 2015 was in line with its expectations and, therefore, full year earnings guidance for the year ended 31 December 2015 is consistent with our Trading Update on 11 November 2015.

The Group continued to make good progress with its acquisition strategy with the completion of two small bolt-on acquisitions in the United Kingdom. In December 2015, Exova acquired Western Technical Services, a specialist provider of non-destructive testing and inspection of components and equipment in the food, dairy, brewing and pharmaceutical industries, and also completed the acquisition of the environmental monitoring division of Resource and Environmental Consultants Ltd. In a full year these acquisitions are expected to deliver around £2m of revenue.

The Group's full year results to 31 December 2015 will be announced on 3 March 2016.
