In accordance with the requirements of theΒ Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Exova Group plc confirms that as at 30 September 2014 it had in issue 250,372,727 ordinary shares of one pence each, all of which have voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury. 250,372,727 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for their calculations to determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Exova Group plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
