Worldview Capital Management SA is the investment

manager ("Investment Manager") for Worldview EHS

International Master Fund ("Fund"). Worldview Capital

Management LLP ("LLP") is a sub - advisor to the

Investment Manager.

The interest in 5.9055% shares in the issuer is acquired

through swap contracts between the Fund, UBS and

Credit Suisse (as prime brokers). Interests in 2.1180% is

held through a voting rights agreement identified in

paragraph C above.

The voting rights agreement provides that the Investment

Manager is entitled to exercise all voting rights (in

accordance with DTR 5.2.1R (h)), although it is not

permitted to acquire any shares. We note the definition of

qualifying financial instruments in the FSA Handbook

which the voting rights agreement does not strictly fall

within, however, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 R a notification is

required and the exemptions provided in DTR 5.1.3R do

not apply. Accordingly, for the purpose of this disclosure

the voting rights agreement has been treated as a

financial instrument with similar economic effect.
