29 August 2008 iPoint-media plc (the 'Company') Directorate Changes
iPoint-media plc (AIM: IPNT), a provider of live, interactive video applications and delivery platforms for web, 3G mobile and media, announces that Mr. Clive Richard Garston, non-executive director of the Company, has resigned with effect 29 August 2008. Mr. Garston, a solicitor and member of Halliwells LLP has served as a non-executive director of the Company since February 2006. The Board wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution during that period.
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Simon Marks (formerly Mizrachi), aged 33 and a senior associate and head of the UK practice group at Tel Aviv law firm Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy Greenberg & Co. has been appointed a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 29 August 2008. Mr. Marks is a dual qualified solicitor and Israeli advocate with knowledge and experience of the AIM market. Mr. Marks was involved in the Company's admission to AIM in September 2006 and has continued to advise the Company on aspects of English and Israeli law. This work will be conducted by colleagues of Mr Marks in future.
Mr Marks has confirmed that there is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph 17 of the AIM Rules.
