iPoint announces that it has received, since 28 February 2007, further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 546,746 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 0.63 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 69,425 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
iPoint has now received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of 84,388,243 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 97.66 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital.
Application has been made for 69,425 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6 March 2007.
