Update on relationship agreements
Further to our announcement on 4 September 2018, the Company confirms that it has now entered into new relationship agreements with its controlling shareholders, Crosland Global Limited and Greenleas International Holdings Ltd., in accordance with the Listing Rules.
The new relationship agreements are on terms and conditions that are substantively the same as those that were previously entered into with Lanebrook Limited. The new agreements also include undertakings from the Company's controlling shareholders as required by LR 9.2.2ADR.
