Awards granted under the Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP')
The Company announces the following awards over ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each ("Shares") were granted under the LTIP on 11 June 2026 to Directors of the Company:

The 2026 LTIP awards will vest subject to the achievement of Relative Total Shareholder Return targets (55% weighting), and strategic targets (45% weighting) and measured over a three-year period with a subsequent two year holding period post-vesting.
