This holding represents 3.88%of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company; - Pinnacle Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Blesk Declaration of Trust,2,990,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, fully paid. This holding represents 3.02%of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
