Issue ofΒ Equity

TheΒ Company is pleased to announce thatΒ it hasΒ received notice thatΒ existingΒ shareholders are to exercise 211,390Β Β warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per shareΒ (the "Warrant Shares"). These WarrantsΒ were issued to shareholders pursuant to the re-structuring of the Company onΒ 29 JuneΒ 2009.

ApplicationΒ will be made for the Warrant Shares to beΒ admitted toΒ trading onΒ AIM and dealings in these shares areΒ expected to commence onΒ 24Β DecemberΒ 2009.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including theΒ WarrantΒ Shares, willΒ thenΒ be 356,337,458Β Ordinary Shares.Β
