("Eurasia" or the "Company")

Issue ofΒ Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received notice that existing shareholders are to exercise 287,193 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per share (the "Warrant Shares"). These Warrants were issued to shareholders pursuant to the re-structuring of the Company on 29 June 2009.

ApplicationΒ will be made for the Warrant Shares to beΒ admitted toΒ trading onΒ AIM and dealings in these shares areΒ expected to commence onΒ 13Β October 2009.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 330,491,200 Ordinary Shares.Β
