The Company is pleased to announce thatΒ it hasΒ received notice thatΒ existing shareholders are to exercise 57,546Β warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per shareΒ (the "Warrant Shares").Β These WarrantsΒ were issued to shareholders pursuant to the re-structuring of the Company onΒ 5 JuneΒ 2009.

ApplicationΒ will be made for the Warrant Shares to beΒ admitted toΒ trading onΒ AIM and dealings in these shares areΒ expected to commence on 24 June 2010.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the WarrantΒ Shares, willΒ thenΒ beΒ 382,019,019Β Ordinary Shares.Β
