Eurasia Mining PLC10 August 2005 Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or "the Company") AGM Statement The Board of Eurasia announces that at the AGM held today all the resolutionswere duly passed. Also at the AGM, the Company confirmed that John Mitchell is stepping down asChairman but would remain on the Board and that Dr Michael Martineau takes overas Chairman. The Board thanked Mr Mitchell for his extensive service as Chairmansince the Company's formation. The Company also confirmed that William Andersonhad retired as a Director but will remain with the Company in charge of thedevelopment of Eurasia's gold projects in Russia.
