The Company has been informed that on 22 January 2013 Robert Lantos (Non-Executive Director) sold 19,000 common shares in the Company at a price of 176.0 pence each. Following this disposal, Mr Lantos continues to own 1,563,528 common shares in the Company, representing 0.6% of the issued share capital.
