Etalon Group Delivers Etalon on the Neva Residential Complex
ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the delivery of the Etalon on the Neva residential complex in St Petersburg. The property includes 16 multi-storey residential sections, underground parking and amenities. The project's total NSA is 76 ths sqm, including 60 ths sqm of residential and commercial real estate.
The residential complex was built in the historical part of the Nevskiy district on an embankment of the Neva River. Thanks to its location at the bank of the river, the property offers outstanding views. One of the project's features is its uncommon apartment layouts: one- and two-level "urban villas" with direct access to the grounds surrounding the property and the Neva embankment, as well as apartments with large patios. All the necessary amenities can be found within walking distance from the residential complex. Etalon on the Neva is a five-minute walk from the Elizarovskaya metro station and a 15-minute drive from the historic city centre. The site's proximity to the Alexandr Nevskiy and Volodarskiy bridges provides convenient access to major transport routes.
The project is in high demand among buyers: at the time of delivery, more than 75% of the property's NSA had been sold. Including the Etalon on the Neva complex, the Company has delivered 184 ths sqm since the beginning of 2021.
