Director/PDMR Dealing
essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and on-demand cloud services to the flexible workspace industry, announces that on 15 November 2021, the Group was notified that Jon Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 34,500 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") held in his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") at a price of 290 pence per share and immediately repurchased, into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA"), 34,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 290 pence per share.
Following this transaction, which took place on-market, Mr Lee's total beneficial interest in the Group remains unchanged at 101,313 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the total issued share capital.
