essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, announces that Greg Price, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his decision to resign from the Company to take up the role of Chief Financial Officer with Cerillion plc, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider.
Greg will stay with essensys until the end of April 2026 and will assist the Board during this period to enable an orderly handover until such time as a successor has been appointed.
