esure Group plc: Director's Dealing - Acquisition of Shares

The Company was notified on 31 December 2015 that on 29 December 2015 Maria Dolores Dancausa a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 43,725 ordinary shares of 1/12 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 252.98 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Maria Dolores Dancausa holds a beneficial interest in the Company of 43,725 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0104% of the Company's issued share capital.
