Ensor Holdings plc Issue of Equity
Ensor Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that, following an exercise of options by Marcus Chadwick, the Company's Finance Director, at 13p each, it has issued and allotted 482,759 ordinary shares of 10p each. Following the exercise Mr. Chadwick holds 552,759 representing 1.8 per cent of the enlarged share capital.
An application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 5 July 2011. Following the issue of the new shares there are 29,928,418 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
