Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market that, as at 31 October 2025, Empiric's issued share capital comprises 664,188,110 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). 

The increase in capital is pursuant to an issue of 4,769 Ordinary Shares under the Company's SAYE Option Plan. No shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 664,188,110 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of notifiable interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
