INVITATION TO HALF YEAR 2020 RESULTS PRESENTATION

Essentra plc is due to report its Half Year results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 on 28 August 2020. The results will be published at 07:00 (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website (http://www.essentraplc.com).

The Half Year Results presentation to analysts and investors will start at 08:30 (UK time), and will be held virtually.

There are two options for participating in the event:
