NOTICE OF HALF YEAR 2023 RESULTS
Essentra plc ("Essentra" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, is due to report its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on 16 August 2023.
The results will be published at 07:00 (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website http://www.essentraplc.com.
There will be a presentation to analysts and investors on the day of the announcement starting at 09:00 UK time (registration from 08:30), on 16 August 2023, at Deutsche Bank, 1 Great Winchester St, London EC2N 2DB.
There are two options for participating in the event:
