Erris Resources, the European focused mineral exploration company, announces that the Capital Reduction, details of which were set out in the Company's Notice of AGM dated 27 May 2020, and approved by shareholders at the AGM on 19 June 2020, has become effective following approval by the High Court and the subsequent registration of the Court order by the Registrar of Companies.
