AGM Update
REACT Energy plc (AIM: REAC), the energy infrastructure developer and operator which focuses on the production of clean energy in the UK and Ireland announces that the adjourned AGM provisionally set for 11 am on Friday 17 April 2015, will be deferred until notice is sent to shareholders. Funding discussions remain on-going as announced on 27th March 2015. Notice of the date and venue of the AGM adjourned from 27 March will be posted to shareholders in advance and will be available for viewing on the Company's website www.reactenergyplc.com
