Director/PDMR Shareholding
Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Company"), the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, was informed on 20 April 2023 that on the same day Stephen Harrison, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Stephen Harrison has a beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.007 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
