Result of Annual General Meeting

Epwin Group Plc, a leading manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2018 were duly passed.

The final dividend of 4.46 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 4 June 2018 to shareholders on the register on 11 May 2018. This gives a full year 2017 dividend of 6.69 pence per ordinary share.
