Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")Or Persons Closely Associated
Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, was notified by the Ladymead Trust, being a trust in which Rob Wood, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Entain, has a beneficial interest, that it acquired 2,500 Entain ordinary shares of ?0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of 960pence per share on 8 November 2023.
The Ladymead Trust now holds a total of 10,000 Entain shares. Rob Wood is not a trustee and has no control over investment decisions. Rob Wood continues to directly hold 217,037 shares in Entain.
